Return & Refund Policy

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Sale items are non-returnable.


ADDRESS ERRORS

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, a refund will only be issued once the item is returned to us. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers who still wish to receive the product will need to place a new order.


NON-RECEIPT OF DELIVERED ORDERS

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the delivery service to investigate. Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide a refund or reship the order according to your preference.


UNCLAIMED ORDERS
Customers have 15 days to retrieve their package once it is marked as delivered. After this period, unclaimed or missing orders are the customer’s responsibility, and no refund will be issued. Multiple reminder emails will be sent to keep customers informed.

REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, it will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
